Implanté depuis plus de cinquante ans sur l'ensemble du territoire, Gouvernant(e) en EMS F/H– CDI Implanté depuis plus de cinquante ans sur l'ensemble du territoire, DOSIM est un acteur majeur du Facility Services en Suisse, (visitez notre site : Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons : Gouvernant(e) en EMS H/F à 100% pour Corgémont et environs Gouvernant(e) en EMS F/H– CDI Vos missions : Etre l’interlocuteur privilégié du client sur tous les sujets liés à la propreté et aux services hôteliers du site Encadrer et animer l’équipe de femmes de chambres et de nettoyeurs santé et autres collaborateurs (lingères…) Accueillir et former les nouveaux collaborateurs au poste de travail avec le support si besoin du chef de groupe/secteur santé Définir les priorités et être le garant du respect des échéances Réaliser le planning mensuel des équipes et l’adapter en permanence à l’activité (TO/DMS) Contrôler la conformité et la qualité des prestations délivrées : o Assurer des suivis d’équipe au poste de travail (respect des plannings et programmes de travail, respect des protocoles opératoires et des règles d’hygiène). o Assurer des contrôles terrain, contrôles qualité visuels et microbiologiques de locaux. o Contrôler la propreté et le rangement des locaux mis à disposition par le client o Veiller à la disponibilité des stocks (consommables, linge du personnel…) o Veiller au respect des procédures DOSIM (protocoles opératoires, choix et utilisation des produits de nettoyage…) o Proposer les plans d’actions correctives nécessaires Piloter les commandes de matériel et consommables Dispatcher les interventions correctives auprès des équipes Suivre l’avancée des demandes du client et veiller au respect des délais d’intervention S’assurer de la tenue à jour de nos documents informatiques de gestion de l’activité Gérer les congés de l’équipe et les solutions de remplacement Votre profil : Votre aisance dans les contacts humains vous permet de gagner rapidement la confiance des utilisateurs Grâce à vos facultés de service et à votre orientation client vous pouvez garantir une prestation de haut niveau pour une clientèle exigeante Vous faites preuve de rigueur, de pragmatisme et de curiosité, vous avez le sens des priorités.
