Gouvernant(e) Responsable Intendance 80 % Description de l'entreprise Notre client, un établissement hôtelier situé à Colombey (Suisse), nous a mandatés pour le recrutement de son ou sa futur(e) Gouvernant(e) Responsable Intendance 80 % Description du poste Vos responsabilités Rattaché(e) à la Direction, vous êtes garant(e) du bon fonctionnement du service d'intendance et veillez à maintenir un niveau élevé de qualité, de propreté et d'hygiène au sein de l'établissement. Vous êtes un(e) professionnel(le) de l'intendance hôtelière et souhaitez évoluer dans une fonction à responsabilités au sein d'un établissement reconnu ? Notre client recherche son ou sa futur(e) Gouvernant(e) Responsable Intendance à 80 %, avec une évolution prévue à 100 % dès mai 2027\. Rattaché(e) à la Direction, vous garantissez le bon fonctionnement du service et veillez au maintien d'excellents standards de qualité, de propreté et d'hygiène dans l'ensemble de l'établissement. Profil recherché Votre profil Véritable responsable opérationnel(le), vous organisez, coordonnez et supervisez l'ensemble des activités d'intendance. Vous assurez la qualité de l'entretien des chambres, appartements et espaces communs, veillez au respect des procédures et encadrez une équipe de trois femmes de chambre ainsi qu'une entreprise de nettoyage externe. Vous planifiez les activités en fonction de l'occupation, participez aux opérations lorsque l'activité le nécessite et collaborez étroitement avec les autres services afin de garantir une expérience client irréprochable. Cette fonction implique une forte présence sur le terrain et une disponibilité adaptée aux besoins de l'exploitation, notamment certains week\-ends. Notre vous offrons Titulaire d'un CFC d'Intendance ou d'une formation équivalente, vous bénéficiez d'une expérience confirmée dans une fonction similaire en hôtellerie et maîtrisez parfaitement l'organisation d'un service d'intendance ainsi que les exigences en matière d'hygiène. Manager de terrain, rigoureux(se) et organisé(e), vous savez fédérer une équipe, faire respecter des standards élevés et rester opérationnel(le) dans un environnement exigeant.
