Type de contrat : Contrat à Durée Indéterminée

Responsabilités

  • Vous gérez l'entretien et la propreté des chambres et des lieux publics
  • Vous supervisez le travail quotidien des équipes d'étages
  • Vous établissez la répartition des tâches en collaboration avec le Gouvernant Général
  • Vous gérez les demandes spécifiques des clients avec réactivité et discrétion
  • Vous supervisez le contrôle qualité des chambres après nettoyage
  • Vous établissez la communication quotidienne avec les autres départements
  • Vous supervisez l'approvisionnement et la gestion des produits d'entretien
  • Vous gérez les situations imprévues avec calme et professionnalisme

Profil recherché

  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire en hôtellerie haut de gamme
  • Vous supervisez avec rigueur, sens du détail et esprit d'équipe
  • Vous gérez les priorités avec efficacité et autonomie
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques et logiciels hôteliers
  • Vous parlez anglais pour assurer la communication avec une clientèle internationale
  • Vous incarnez l'élégance, le sens du service et l'exigence d'un palace
