Unser Kunde ist eine etablierte Holdinggesellschaft mit Sitz im Raum Zürich, die verschiedene Tochtergesellschaften im internationalen Umfeld steuert. Zur Verstärkung des Finance-Teams suchen wir eine analytisch starke und unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit, die bereits erste fundierte Berufserfahrung im Accounting oder Controlling gesammelt hat und den nächsten Karriereschritt im Group Controlling machen möchte.

Job Description ##

  • Erstellung und Analyse von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen auf Gruppenebene
  • Mitarbeit bei Budgetierungs-, Forecasting- und Planungsprozessen
  • Durchführung fundierter Abweichungsanalysen sowie Aufbereitung aussagekräftiger Management-Reports
  • Unterstützung und Mitverantwortung im Konsolidierungsprozess der Tochtergesellschaften
  • Weiterentwicklung von Reporting-, Controlling- und Finanzprozessen
  • Analyse von Geschäftsentwicklungen und Erarbeitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für das Management
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Finance-Teams sowie verschiedenen Stakeholdern innerhalb der Gruppe
  • Mitwirkung bei bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und Finanzinitiativen

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Accounting oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mindestens 3 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling, Accounting, Audit oder Financial Reporting
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Abschlusserstellung, Reporting und Finanzanalyse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP, Power BI oder Konsolidierungssystemen
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
  • Selbstständige, proaktive Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigenverantwortung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch von Vorteil
