Als Mitglied des Group Managements übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle in einer international tätigen Industrie\-gruppe mit acht Standorten. Sie entwickeln Human Resources als strategischer Business Partner weiter, stärken Führungskräfte, fördern Talente und treiben die Digitalisierung der HR\-Landschaft konsequent voran. Dabei sind Sie Sparringspartner/in für den CEO sowie die Konzernleitung und schaffen mit klaren Kennzahlen sowie pragma\-tischen Lösungen nachhaltigen Mehrwert.
