Für unseren Kunden, ein erfolgreiches und international tätiges Industrieunternehmen mit Holding\- und Managementgesellschaft in Baar, suchen wir eine unternehmerisch denkende Finance\-Persönlichkeit mit Gestaltungswillen und Drive.

Im Rahmen des weiteren Wachstums wird diese Position neu geschaffen. Als Group Financial Controller rapportieren Sie direkt an den CFO und übernehmen eine zentrale Rolle beim weiteren Aufbau und der Professionalisierung der Group\-Finance\-Funktion.

Gesucht wird ausdrücklich keine Persönlichkeit, die primär bestehende Strukturen verwaltet. Vielmehr bietet diese Position die Möglichkeit, Prozesse neu zu denken, Strukturen aufzubauen und Finance aktiv weiterzuentwickeln – von Group Reporting und Konsolidierung bis hin zum Aufbau neuer Themen wie Treasury und Cash Management.

Sie agieren dabei als Sparring Partner des CFO und des Group Managements, arbeiten international mit den Finance Teams zusammen und erhalten die notwendige Sichtbarkeit und den Gestaltungsspielraum, um Veränderungen tatsächlich umzusetzen.

Group Financial Controller

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für Group Reporting, Konsolidierung sowie Monatsreporting, Strategic Plan, Budget und Forecast für die internationale Gruppe
  • Erstellung von Management Reports und Analysen für Geschäftsleitung, Verwaltungsrat und Aktionäre sowie Koordination der Jahresabschlüsse und externen Revision
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der Group\-Finance\-Funktion und Etablierung professioneller, skalierbarer Prozesse und Strukturen
  • Entwicklung neuer Finance\-Themen, insbesondere im Bereich Treasury, Cash Management und weiterer Group\-Finance\-Prozesse
  • Initiierung und Umsetzung von Finance\-Transformationen, u. a. in ERP, Prozessharmonisierung, Automatisierung und Reporting
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem CFO als Sparring Partner und Stellvertretung bei strategischen Finance\-Themen sowie Unterstützung des Group Managements und der internationalen Finance Organisation

Ihr Profil

  • Studium in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • 5–10 Jahre Erfahrung in Financial Controlling, Group Accounting, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Corporate Finance in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Financial Reporting, Konsolidierung und Rechnungslegung; IFRS von Vorteil
  • Unternehmerische Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Drive, Hands\-on\-Mentalität und dem Anspruch, nicht nur zu verwalten, sondern etwas aufzubauen und zu bewegen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, gepaart mit hoher Eigenständigkeit und überzeugendem Stakeholder Management
  • Sehr gute ERP\- und Excel\-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics und Power BI
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse
