**Ihre Aufgaben**

* Beratung der Kundinnen und Kunden * Kontrolle von Verträgen und Urkunden * Vorbereitung von komplexen Geschäften * Öffentliche Beurkundung von Grundbuchgeschäften sowie Beglaubigungen * Validierung des Grundbuchs

**Ihr Profil**

* Fähigkeitsausweis als Grundbuchverwalter/in, ein vergleichbarer Ausweis oder kurz vor Abschluss der entsprechenden Ausbildung * Berufserfahrung im Grundbuchwesen sowie entsprechende Weiterbildungen * Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein * Grosse Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit * Effiziente und exakte Arbeitsweise * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie sicheres Auftreten
