Gruppenleiter CNC Fertigung (m/w/d) 80 bis 100 %

• Fachliche und personelle Führung eines Teams von 8 bis 10 Mitarbeitenden im Bereich Bearbeitungscenter kubisch • Planung, Koordination und Überwachung der täglichen Arbeitseinsätze • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs hinsichtlich Qualität, Termine und Produktivität • Einrichten, Bedienen und Optimieren moderner CNC Bearbeitungscenter in einem flexiblen Fertigungssystem • Laufende Verbesserung von Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen • Mitarbeitende fördern, entwickeln und motivieren • Aktive Mitarbeit bei technischen Fragestellungen und Optimierungen Für weitere Informationen steht dir Hans Eugster unter gerne zur Verfügung.

Wir erwarten: • Ausbildung als Produktionsfachmann, Polymechaniker oder eine vergleichbare technische Grundausbildung • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der CNC Fertigung • Erste Führungserfahrung oder das Potenzial und die Motivation, eine Führungsaufgabe zu übernehmen • Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie ein wertschätzender Umgang mit Mitarbeitenden • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist
