Gruppenleiter für Sonderabfälle 100% (m/w/d) Die Thommen\-Furler AG ist schweizerischer Marktführer in der Distribution von Basischemikalien, Schmierstoffen, chemischen Spezialitäten und Umwelttechnik sowie der Entsorgung und dem Recycling von Industrie\- und Sonderabfällen. Das Unternehmen steht für einen sorgenfreien, aber nicht sorglosen Umgang mit Chemikalien, Schmierstoffen, Industrie\- und Sonderabfällen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir für unsere Niederlassung in Ziefen (BL) einen Gruppenleiter für Sonderabfälle 100% (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben: Aktive Mitarbeit im Betrieb, insbesondere bei der Triage von Sonderabfällen Organisation der Abläufe und Prozesse in der Abteilung \- und Feintriage Personalführung und Kontrolle der ausgeführten Arbeiten Optimierung der Durchsatzzahlen, sowie Kostenoptimierung Durchführung von regelmässige Sicherheitskontrollen Koordination von Anlieferungen, Abholungen sowie Sonderfahrten Organisation von Sonderabfallsammlungen in Gemeinden sowie von Räumungen und Entsorgungsaktionen bei Kunden Monatliche Inventurmeldungen Sie bringen mit: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im chemisch\-technischen Umfeld Berufserfahrung im operativen und chemischen Arbeitsumfeld Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personalführung Führerschein der Kat. B sowie Staplerprüfung wünschenswert Gutes mündliches und schriftliches Verständnis der deutschen Sprache, ösischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert Pünktlichkeit, Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und eine gründliche Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus Wir bieten Ihnen: Ein modernes Arbeitsumfeld in einem sich stetig entwickelnden Unternehmen mit einem aufgestellten und gut eingespielten Team.
