Gruppenleiter/Gruppenleiterin Manufaktur (m/w/d) 80 % Gruppenleiter/Gruppenleiterin Manufaktur (m/w/d) 80 % In der Unternehmenseinheit inclusioplus der Psychiatrie Baselland sind die Leistungen der Behindertenhilfe gebündelt. inclusioplus bietet verschiedene Formen begleiteter Arbeit unterschiedlich intensiv betreuter Wohnformen in Liestal und in Niederdorf, ambulante Wohnbegleitung sowie sinnvolle Tagesgestaltung für Menschen mit kognitiver, psychischer und mehrfacher Beeinträchtigung an. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Integrationsbetrieb Manufaktur suchen wir eine engagierte und fachlich versierte Persönlichkeit mit Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit psychischer Beeinträchtigung. In unserer Manufaktur stellen wir in sorgfältiger Handarbeit unter anderem Karten und Seifen her und übernehmen zudem individuelle Auftragsarbeiten. Die Produktion ist eingebettet in ein begleitetes Arbeitsumfeld, das auf Teilhabe, Entwicklung und Stabilisierung ausgerichtet ist. Fachliche Verantwortung Leitung und inklusive Weiterentwicklung der Sparte Seife Planung, Organisation und Koordination der Produktionsprozesse Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsanleitung von 4–8 Angestellten mit IV\-Rente Qualitätskontrolle sowie Mitwirkung bei Produktentwicklung und \-gestaltung Mitarbeit an der Sichtbarkeit der Produkte (z. B. Produktevertrieb) Pädagogische Verantwortung Begleitung und Förderung von Menschen mit psychischer Beeinträchtigung im Arbeitsalltag Bezugspersonenarbeit für rund 12 Mitarbeitende: Standortbestimmungen, Förderplanung und Umsetzung Fallführung in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Fachstellen Dokumentation gemäss kantonalen Vorgaben Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Arbeitsagoge/Arbeitsagogin, Sozialpädagoge/Sozialpädagogin HF/FH oder Fachperson Betreuung EFZ Handwerkliches oder technisches Interesse und/oder Vorbildung bzw. Berufserfahrung im Produktionsbereich Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Begleitung von Menschen mit psychischer Beeinträchtigung Belastbare, empathische und strukturierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz und hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein Erfahrung mit Massnahmen der Invalidenversicherung von Vorteil Versierter Umgang mit MS Office Sehr gute schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit für Berichte und Dokumentationen inclusioplus bietet diverse Möglichkeiten begleiteter Arbeit, verschiedene betreute Wohnformen sowie sinnvolle Tagesgestaltung für Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen.
