Fachpersonal (Miterzieherin, Gruppenleitung etc.) Arbeitspensum 80% Stellenantritt per sofort Stellenbeschrieb Die Tagesstrukturen der Gemeinde Ennetbaden sind ein wichtiger Bestandteil des familien- und schulergänzenden Betreuungsangebots. Rund 20 Mitarbeitende sorgen an zwei Stand-orten für eine professionelle, verlässliche und kindgerechte Betreuung von rund 230 Kindern vom Kindergarten bis zur 6. Klasse. Zur Ergänzung unseres engagierten Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung für die Kindergartengruppe eine aufgestellte und motivierte Persönlichkeit als Gruppenleiter/-in (80 %) Ihre Aufgabe Fachliche Führung und Unterstützung des Betreuungsteams im Gruppenalltag Planung, Gestaltung und Durchführung des Tages- und Freizeitprogramms sowie von Ferienangeboten Förderung der Entwicklung der Kinder im individuellen und sozialen Bereich Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern, Schule und Schulsozialarbeit Mitverantwortung für die Umsetzung des pädagogischen Konzepts und dessen Weiterentwicklung Anleitung und Unterstützung der Lernenden auf der Gruppe Sie bringen mit Abgeschlossene pädagogische Ausbildung (z.B.
