Fachpersonal (Miterzieherin, Gruppenleitung etc.) Arbeitspensum 80%, nach Vereinbarung Stellenantritt nach Vereinbarung Stellenbeschrieb Die Kinderkrippe Goldräge bietet seit über 20 Jahren eine professionelle Tagesbetreuung für Säuglinge und Kleinkinder im Alter von 3 Monaten bis zum Kindergarteneintritt in zwei altersgemischten Gruppen von je 12 Kindern an.   Zur Ergänzung und Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n Gruppenleiter/in 80%.   Deine Aufgaben in Zusammenarbeit mit dem gesamten Team: Führen einer Kindergruppe nach sozialpädagogischen Grundsätzen der Kinderkrippe Goldräge Die Kinder ihrem Alter entsprechend zu fördern und eine vertraute Atmosphäre zu schaffen, in der sich die Kinder sowohl auch das Team wohl und verstanden fühlen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern   Bei uns findest du: Ein professionelles, innovatives und wertschätzendes Arbeitsumfeld Eine faire Entlöhnung mit 13.
