So sieht dein Alltag aus ##

  • Zum Herzstück: Du bist verantwortlich für die fachliche und personelle Führung von 2 Teamleitenden und rund 25 Mitarbeitenden - damit unsere Kundinnen und Kunden sich weiterhin über korrekt und rasch bearbeitete Leistungsbelege freuen. 
  • Deine Mitarbeitenden liegen dir am Herzen - es bereitet dir Freude die Weiterentwicklung in der Gruppe anzustossen und voranzutreiben.
  • Gemeinsam mit deinen Teamleitenden führst du Personalprozesse und begleitest Gespräche, Rekrutierungen und Entwicklungsschritte.
  • In Projekten und Arbeitsgruppen bringst du deine Erfahrung ein und arbeitest mit internen und externen Gruppen aus dem Leistungsbereich zusammen.
  • Du bist nicht nur Gruppenleiter/in, sondern auch Ideengeber/in! Neue Prozesse denkst du aktiv mit, hinterfragst bestehende Abläufe und treibst die Weiterentwicklung der Leistungsprüfung voran.
  • Ein rascher und individueller Kommunikations- und Informationsfluss ist dir wichtig und du stellst diesen für den gesamten Aufgabenbereich sicher.
  • Brückenbau und das berufliche Netzwerk ausbauen, fällt dir leicht.

  • Das Wichtigste zuerst: Du hast bereits ausgewiesene Erfahrung als Führungsperson.
  • Du konntest bereits Erfahrungen im Leistungsbereich einer Versicherung sammeln? Dann freuen wir uns besonders. 
  • Innovationen aktiv voranzutreiben, siehst du nicht als blosse Aufgabe, sondern als echte Chance - deine konzeptionelle Stärke und dein Flair für Zahlen helfen dir dabei.

  • Dank deiner stilsicheren und adressatengerechten Kommunikation in Deutsch (mündlich und schriftlich) fällt dir der Austausch über unterschiedliche Stufen leicht. Bringst du noch Grundkenntnisse in Französisch mit? Das ist definitiv ein Plus.
