* Ausbildung als Dipl. Operationspflegefachfrau/-mann oder als Dipl. Fachfrau/-mann Operationstechnik HF * Berufserfahrung im Fachgebiet Ophthalmologie / Augenheilkunde von Vorteil * Führungserfahrung oder Bereitschaft, sich in diese Rolle zu entwickeln * Offene, durchsetzungsfähige und belastbare Persönlichkeit * Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Freude an interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
