  • Du führst das Support-Team fachlich und personell und planst die verfügbaren Ressourcen vorausschauend
  • Als zentrale Ansprechperson stellst du das administrative und technische Dienstleistungsgeschäft in der Region sicher - mit Fokus auf die öffentliche Beleuchtung
  • Zudem verantwortest du den administrativen Support sowie die regionalen Empfänge
  • Die Qualität der ausgeführten Arbeiten sowie die Einhaltung relevanter Vorschriften, Normen und Sicherheitsanforderungen liegen in deiner Verantwortung
  • An der Schnittstelle zu internen Fachabteilungen koordinierst du regionale Anliegen und unterstützt bei Beschaffungen, Arbeitsmitteln und ICT-Anwendungen
  • Mit einer zuverlässigen Auftrags- und Kostenkontrolle trägst du zu einer effizienten Leistungserbringung bei
  • Du arbeitest an einem unserer Arbeitsorte in Luterbach, Langenthal, Nidau, Ostermundigen oder Emmenmatt und bist in der Region Mittelland unterwegs.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Grundbildung mit technischem Flair und idealerweise eine Weiterbildung in Betriebswirtschaft oder Führung
  • Alternativ bringst du eine technische Grundausbildung, administrative Kenntnisse und eine kaufmännische Weiterbildung mit, beispielsweise als Technische:r Kaufmann/Kauffrau
  • Führungserfahrung und ein gutes Verständnis für administrative und technische Zusammenhänge bringst du mit; Branchenkenntnisse (Energie - öffentliche Beleuchtung) sind von Vorteil
  • Mit deiner IT-Affinität findest du dich schnell in neuen Systemen und Anwendungen zurecht. Idealerweise bringst du bereits vertiefte Kenntnisse in SAP und Microsoft 365 mit
  • Eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, klare Kommunikation und Teamgeist zeichnen dich aus
  • Du kommunizierst mündlich und schriftlich sicher auf Deutsch; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
