Unser Kunde ist ein international tätiges Schweizer Technologieunternehmen mit über 900 Mitarbeitenden. Die Firma entwickelt und produziert Lösungen für die industrielle Kabel- und Drahtverarbeitung. Die Technologien kommen unter anderem in der Automobil-, Bahn- und Luftfahrtindustrie zum Einsatz. Weitere Anwendungen finden sich in Industrie, Infrastruktur sowie Daten- und Telekommunikation.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • In dieser Funktion führen Sie das Montageteam im Tagesgeschäft und begleiten die Mitarbeitenden fachlich sowie personell
  • Die tägliche Einsatz- und Feinplanung koordinieren Sie mit Blick auf Termine, Kapazitäten und einen reibungslosen Ablauf
  • Bei Qualitätsabweichungen oder Engpässen greifen Sie früh ein und erarbeiten gemeinsam mit dem Team passende Lösungen
  • Arbeitsabläufe entwickeln Sie weiter und setzen Verbesserungen nach Lean-Grundsätzen praxisnah im Montagebereich um
  • Shopfloor-Meetings führen Sie strukturiert und stimmen sich bei Personal- oder Produktionsthemen mit internen Stellen ab

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Eine technische Grundbildung in Mechanik, Montagetechnik oder Elektrotechnik bildet die Grundlage für diese Aufgabe
  • Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Maschinenbau sowie Führungserfahrung mit
  • Eine Weiterbildung als Prozessfachperson oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation ist von Vorteil
  • Im Führungsalltag handeln Sie klar, verlässlich und lösungsorientiert und behalten auch bei Engpässen den Überblick
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen unterstützen Sie in Planung und Organisation
