Für ein etabliertes Schweizer Industrieunternehmen suchen wir einen Gruppenleiter Produktion (a) 100 % im 2-Schichtbetrieb.

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung eines Produktionsteams mit 30 bis 60 Mitarbeitenden
  • Förderung, Entwicklung und Schulung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Feinplanung und Organisation der Produktionsaufträge
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Prozessvorgaben (SOP)
  • Überwachung des Ausbildungsstandes sowie Planung notwendiger Schulungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Teamleitung und Qualitätsmanagement bei produkt- und prozessbezogenen Abweichungen
  • Verantwortung für die termingerechte Produktion und einen reibungslosen Betriebsablauf
  • Mitarbeit an Optimierungsprojekten und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen

Ihr Profil ###

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsfunktion innerhalb eines Produktionsumfelds
  • Erfahrung in regulierten Produktionsbereichen von Vorteil (z.B. Medizintechnik, Pharma oder Lebensmittelindustrie)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau C1)
  • Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schichtbetrieb
  • Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende anzuleiten, zu fördern und Wissen nachhaltig zu vermitteln
  • Hands-on-Mentalität sowie hohe Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsorientierung
