Wir arbeiten nach dem Grossfamilienprinzip und legen Wert auf eine ruhige, wertschätzende und professionelle Begleitung der Kinder. Uns ist wichtig, dass sich Kinder, Eltern und Mitarbeitende bei uns wohlfühlen.   Aufgrund unserer wachsenden Kinderbelegung vergrössern wir unser Team und suchen ab November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine Gruppenleiterin, die ihre Fachkompetenz gerne einbringt, Verantwortung übernimmt und den Kita-Alltag aktiv mitgestaltet. Der Einstieg erfolgt mit 20 % jeweils am Mittwoch. Ein Ausbau des Pensums auf 40 % ist geplant.   Unser Alltag Freispiel als wichtiger Bestandteil des Alltags Bewegung im Alltag (Purzelbaum-Kita) Projekte zu verschiedenen Themen über das Jahr verteilt regelmässige Aktivitäten draussen (Spielplatz, Spaziergänge, Waldtage) Förderung der Selbständigkeit der Kinder im Alltag Eltern-Kind-Anlässe über das Jahr verteilt Kochen von Mittagessen oder Zvieri im Wechsel im Team Ihre Aufgaben Selbstständige Führung einer altersgemischten Kindergruppe Planung und Gestaltung eines strukturierten und abwechslungsreichen Alltags Achtsame Begleitung der Kinder in ihrer Entwicklung Unterstützung bei der Begleitung von Lernenden im Alltag Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern Mitgestaltung unserer pädagogischen Arbeit Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau Betreuung Kind EFZ oder Dipl. Kleinkinderzieherin Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise als Gruppenleiterin Sie schätzen eine kleine, familiäre Kita mit engem Austausch und kurzen Wegen Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen Wir bieten Kleine, überschaubare Kita mit klaren Strukturen und Eigenverantwortung Wertschätzende Zusammenarbeit in einem kleinen Team mit engem Austausch Möglichkeit, Ihre Erfahrung einzubringen und den Kita-Alltag aktiv mitzugestalten Heller Arbeitsplatz mit eigenem Aussenbereich sowie Wald und Spielplätzen in der Nähe Selbstständiges Arbeiten mit Unterstützung der Kitaleitung 5 Wochen Ferien und zeitgemässe Anstellungsbedingungen inkl. 13.
