Oktober 2026 Stellenbeschrieb Gesellschaft  Die Gemeinde Horgen ist als Bezirkshauptort mit knapp 25'000 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohnern eine attraktive und dynamische Zürichsee-Gemeinde und beschäftigt rund 930 Mitarbeitende. Der Bereich Gesellschaft beinhaltet die Abteilungen Soziales, Alter und Gesundheit, Kind/Jugend/Familie, Gemeindepolizei, Einwohnerdienste und Feuerwehr. Die zur Abteilung Kind/Jugend/Familie gehörende gemeindeeigene KiTa Berghalden bietet insgesamt 72 Betreuungsplätze für Kinder ab drei Monaten bis zum Kindergarteneintritt an. Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams der KiTa Berghalden suchen wir per 1. Oktober 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/einen   Gruppenleiterin/Gruppenleiter, 100 %   Was dich erwartet -  Verantwortung für die Planung, Organisation und Gestaltung eines abwechslungsreichen Gruppenalltags in einer altersgemischten Gruppe -  alters-, entwicklungs- und bedürfnisgerechte Förderung, Betreuung und Pflege der Kinder nach pädagogischem Konzept -  Begleitung von Eingewöhnungen -  Abdeckung von Frühdiensten (ab 06.30 Uhr) oder Spätdiensten (bis 18.30 Uhr) -  Erarbeitung von Standortbestimmungen und Führen von Elterngesprächen -  Anleitung von Lernenden -  Durchführen von Teamsitzungen   Was dich auszeichnet -  abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung (Fachrichtung Kinderbetreuung) oder gleichwertige eidgenössisch anerkannte Berufsausbildung -  ausgewiesene Berufserfahrung als Miterzieherin oder Gruppenleiterin in einer altersgemischten Kindergruppe -  Qualifikation als Berufsbildnerin/Berufsbildner FaBeK und praktische Erfahrung in der Anleitung von Lernenden -  aufgeschlossene, zuverlässige und teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen -  Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Flexibilität -  Bereitschaft zur Reflexion und fachlichen Weiterentwicklung   Was wir bieten -  eine vielseitige Tätigkeit mit Gestaltungsspielraum in einem aufgeschlossenen Team, welches eine wertschätzende und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit pflegt -  mit öffentlichem Verkehr gut erreichbarer Arbeitsplatz -  Tätigkeit in einer grosszügig konzipierten KiTa mit eigenem Garten -  fortschrittliche Anstellungsbedingungen und gute Sozialleistungen auch dank eigener Pensionskasse sowie Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten   Unsere Werte -  Gemeinsames Lernen prägt unsere Zusammenarbeit: Fachwissen teilen und erweitern wir im Team durch regelmässigen Austausch -  Professionalität und Respekt leiten unser Handeln im Team sowie gegenüber unseren Kundinnen und Kunden; dabei steht das Wohl des Kindes stets im Zentrum -  Kurze Wege und transparente Kommunikation ermöglichen eine zeitnahe Klärung von Fragen in einem offenen, ehrlichen und respektvollen Austausch auf Augenhöhe   Konnten wir dein Interesse für diese Stelle wecken?
