In unserer Rehaklinik in Basel behandeln wir Patientinnen und Patienten besonders im Bereich der internistischen und onkologischen Rehabilitation durch moderne und patientenzentrierte Versorgung. Deine Arbeit bleibt dadurch vielseitig und abwechslungsreich. Das Team pflegt eine offene und klare Kommunikation, die Entscheidungswege sind kurz und deine Ideen und Anregungen sind herzlich willkommen. Bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und aktiv mitzugestalten? In dieser spannenden Position kombinierst du fachliche Pflegekompetenz mit organisatorischem Talent in einem dynamischen Umfeld aus internistischer und onkologischer Rehabilitations- sowie Postakutpflege.

 

Was dich bei uns erwartet

  • Sichtbare Wirkung: Du stellst die Rehabilitationspflege im Rahmen des Leistungsauftrags unter Berücksichtigung von Qualitätsanforderungen und Wirtschaftlichkeit sicher
  • Organisation: Der optimale operative Ablauf auf der Abteilung wird durch dich täglich sichergestellt
  • Patientenbetreuung: Du arbeitest aktiv in der Pflege von unseren Patientinnen und Patienten mit und förderst die Pflegequalität
  • Führung: Du führst Personalgespräche und kannst auf die Bedürfnisse der einzelnen Teammitglieder eingehen
  • Verantwortung: Du unterstützt die Teamleitung und vertrittst sie bei deren Abwesenheit

 

 

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson oder gleichwertige Ausbildung mit mindestens einem positiven SRK-Precheck
  • Erfahrung: Du bringst bereits einige Jahre Berufserfahrung mit und von Vorteil auch bereits erste Erfahrung in der Führung
  • Deine Persönlichkeit: Du zeigst Engagement in der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit und hast Freude an der Mitgestaltung und bringst die dazu notwendige Flexibilität mit
