Eine Gruppenleitung oder eine Springer-Funktion. Das Arbeitspensum gestalten wir flexibel nach Ihren Wünschen und Bedürfnissen. Wichtig ist uns, dass Sie Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern haben und unseren Kita-Alltag motiviert mitgestalten möchten. Wir sind eine familiäre Kita, in der Wertschätzung, Respekt und ein unterstützendes Miteinander im Mittelpunkt stehen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine einfühlsame und motivierte Persönlichkeit, die das Wachstum unserer Kita aktiv begleitet und den Kindern eine liebevolle sowie fördernde Umgebung bietet. Ihre Aufgaben Führung oder Aufbau einer Kindergruppe Pädagogische Begleitung und Förderung der Kinder Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern, Teamkolleginnen und Teamkollegen sowie weiteren Fachpersonen Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des pädagogischen Alltags Übernahme organisatorischer und administrativer Aufgaben im Rahmen der Gruppenleitung Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung EFZ Kind oder eine gleichwertig anerkannte Ausbildung Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und im Team Erfahrung als Gruppenleitung von Vorteil Erfahrung in der Ausbildung von Lernenden ist willkommen.
