Für unsere Lokalstelle in Zermatt suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung, einen

Guest \& Property Coordinator (w/d/m) 50–100%

Deine Aufgaben

Als Herzstück unseres lokalen Service\-Offices bist du die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Gäste und Immobilieneigentümerinnen und Immobilieneigentümer.

Du sorgst dafür, dass der Aufenthalt unserer Gäste perfekt abläuft und die Ferienunterkünfte stets höchste Qualitätsstandards erfüllen:

  • Gäste\- \& Empfangsservice: Herzlicher Empfang und professionelle Betreuung unserer internationalen Gäste (Check\-in/Check\-out, Beratung vor Ort, Auskünfte).
  • Eigentümerbetreuung:Regelmäßiger, vertrauensvoller Austausch mit den Eigentümerinnen und Eigentümern der Ferienobjekte.
  • Qualitäts\- \& Objektmanagement: Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen, Bestandsaufnahmen sowie Abnahmen der Ferienwohnungen vor und nach der Vermietung.
  • Office \& Administration: Reibungslose Abwicklung allgemeiner administrativer Aufgaben, Telefon\- und E\-Mail\-Korrespondenz.
  • Reibungsloser Ablauf: Übernahme von primärem Bereitschaftsdienst (Pikett) im Team zur Abdeckung von Notfällen außerhalb der regulären Öffnungszeiten.

Das bringst du mit

  • Organisationstalent \& Belastbarkeit: Fähigkeit, Prioritäten effizient zu setzen und auch in dynamischen Phasen den Überblick zu behalten.
  • Flexibilität \& Mobilität: Bereitschaft zur Arbeit an Samstagen und Piketts.
  • IT\-Kenntnisse:Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den gängigen IT\-Tools (MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Sprachkenntnisse:Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil für den täglichen Gästekontakt.
  • Serviceorientierung:Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und hohe Zuverlässigkeit.
