Infolge Pensionierung des jetzigen Stelleninhabers suchen ab April 2027 für unsere Hörcenter in BIEL und LYSS eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als

Hörgeräteakustiker\*in 100%

Du begleitest Menschen mit Hörminderung auf ihrem Weg zu einem besseren Hörerlebnis. Mit deiner Fachkompetenz, deinem Einfühlungsvermögen und deiner Begeisterung für moderne Hörlösungen schaffst du individuelle Lösungen, die den Alltag unserer Kundinnen und Kunden nachhaltig verbessern.

Deine Aufgaben

* Kompetente Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kundinnen, Kunden und Interessierten rund um unsere Hörlösungen

* Anpassung, Verkauf und Nachbetreuung modernster Hörsysteme und passender Zubehörprodukte

* Durchführung von Hörmessungen sowie Ohrabformungen bzw. Ohrscans

* Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger und vertrauensvoller Kundenbeziehungen

* Dokumentation und Pflege von Kundendaten im System

* Aktive Teilnahme an Aus\- und Weiterbildungen zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung deines Fachwissens

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Hörakustiker\*in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Zweisprachigkeit Deutsch / Französisch mit muttersprachlichem oder gleichwertigem Niveau in beiden Sprachen

* Begeisterung für deinen Beruf und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen

* Kundenorientierte, empathische und servicebewusste Persönlichkeit

* Aktuelles Fachwissen sowie Interesse an neuen Hörtechnologien

* Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und kaufmännisches Verständnis

* Selbstständige, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
