Hardware Engineer R\&D Ihre Herausforderung bei STL Systems AG Sie entwickeln innovative High\-Tech\-Prototypen im Bereich Sensorik, Interfaces und Leistungselektronik und begleiten den gesamten Produktentwicklungsprozess von der Idee bis zur Serienreife. Dabei konzipieren Sie Hardware\-Designs, erstellen Schaltpläne und entwickeln mehrlagige PCBs inklusive technischer Dokumentation. Sie befassen sich im Rahmen dessen u.a. mit Low\-Power Analogschaltungen und mit High\-Speed Digitalschaltungen. Durch In\-house\-Tests, Messungen und gelegentliche Inbetriebnahmen vor Ort stellen Sie die Qualität und Funktionalität der Produkte sicher. Ergänzend optimieren Sie bestehende Designs, beheben Fehler und koordinieren sich eng mit internen Schnittstellen, um neue Produkte erfolgreich auf den Markt zu bringen. Ihre Qualitäten und Begabungen • Master oder Bachelor in Elektrotechnik, Systemtechnik oder in einem ähnlichen Bereich (FH, Uni, ETH) • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Elektronik Entwicklung • Versierter Umgang mit Technologien/Tools wie Altium Designer, PSpice/Simulink, FPGA mit Quartus, etc. • Kenntnisse in Analogelektronik, Mixed\-Signal, Digitaltechnik und Software • Optimal sind Erfahrungen mit Low\-Power Analogschaltungen und mit High\-Speed Digitalschaltungen • Sie sind ein Tüftler und Ihr Herz schlägt für die Technik • Fliessende Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse Die STL Systems AG sucht einen Ingenieur welcher mit Leidenschaft und Erfindergeist innovative Produkte entwickelt und von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Markteinführung begleitet. Dabei erwartet Sie nicht nur ein Umfeld voller technologischer Herausforderungen und Gestaltungsspielraum, sondern auch eine Kultur, in der Spass und Teamgeist nicht zu kommen: Beispielsweise bei einer Abkühlung an der hausinternen Soft\-Ice\-Maschine oder bei Tischfussballduellen.
