Die Ausbildung von Lernenden und Studierenden in der Pflege ist eines der zentralen strategischen Ziele der Heime Uster in den nächsten Jahren. Um eine qualitativ hochwertige Ausbildung sicherzustellen, setzen wir auf hauptberufliche Berufsbildnerinnen und Berufsbildner. Sie leisten einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur Ausbildungsqualität und begleiten unsere Lernenden und Studierenden kompetent auf ihrem Weg in den Pflegeberuf.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Bildungsteams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine zuverlässige und motivierte Persönlichkeit als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF.

Deine Hauptaufgaben

* Planen und koordinieren von Lernphasen (Einführungs\- Kompetenz\- und Qualifikationsphase) von Lernenden und Studierenden

* Sicherung der Qualität der praktischen Ausbildung auf den Abteilungen

* Unterstützung der Lernenden und Studierenden in der Entwicklung ihrer Schlüsselkompetenzen (Fach\-, Methoden\-, Sozial\- und Selbstkompetenz)

* Mündliche und schriftliche Beurteilung der Lernenden und Studierenden

* Mitwirken im Selektionsprozess

* Dokumentieren des Ausbildungsstandes nach gesetzlichen und betrieblichen Vorgaben

* Mitwirken bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Bildungsziele

* Nimmt an betriebsinterne Sitzungen der Abteilung sowie an den Berufsbildner Sitzungen aktiv teil

Das bringst Du mit

* Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF

* Erfahrung in der Berufsbildung

* SVEB 1

* Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität sowie hohe Sozialkompetenzen im Umgang mit Jugendlichen

* Interesse an Fort\- und Weiterbildungen

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
