Per Januar 2027 suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Haustechniker*in mit Flair für Veranstaltungstechnik (60%)

Seit der legendären Silvesterparty 1995/96 wird in der Galvanik Kultur gelebt. Als weltoffener Begegnungsort mitten in Zug bringt sie Leidenschaft für Kultur und familiäre Herzlichkeit zusammen. Mit über 120 Veranstaltungen pro Jahr – ob Konzert, Lesung, Bühnenshow oder Party – bietet die Galvanik ein reichhaltiges Programm für diverse Geschmäcker.

Über die Stelle

Als Haustechniker*in sorgst du dafür, dass die Galvanik läuft – technisch, organisatorisch und atmosphärisch. Von der Haustechnik über die Koordination mit externen Partnern bis zur Unterstützung der Eventtechnik hältst du den Betrieb am Laufen und trägst dazu bei, dass Veranstaltungen reibungslos stattfinden.

Aufgabenbereich Gebäudeunterhalt (Inhouse) – ca. 30%

  • Sicherheitsbeauftragte Person
  • Regelmässige Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen und interne Abstimmung - Materialbewirtschaftung, Lagerorganisation und einfache Administration
  • Überwachung und Wartung der Haustechnik
  • Verwaltung des Schlüsselsystems
  • Kleinreparaturen und Behebung von Mängeln
  • Arealpflege: Treppenhaus, Proberäume, Aussenbereich (inkl. Hecken & Winterdienst)
  • Reinigung ausgewählter Gemeinschaftsbereiche (Mehrzweckraum, Bar)
  • Abfallmanagement
  • Organisation und Koordination von Handwerkerinnen und Dienstleisterinnen
  • Schnittstelle zur Stadt (Vermieterin) zusammen mit der Betriebsleitung
  • Koordination des Reinigungsunternehmens (2–3x pro Woche)
  • Verantwortung für Sicherheits- und Gebäudethemen

Aufgabenbereich Veranstaltungstechnik – ca. 30%

  • Unterstützung der Eventtechnik-Crew
  • Bedienung von Licht-, Ton- und Bühnentechnik
  • Vorbereitung, Betreuung und Nachbereitung von Veranstaltungen
  • Mithilfe beim Unterhalt der Eventtechnik
  • Stellvertretung der Veranstaltungstechnischen Leitung

Was du mitbringst

  • Ausbildung im handwerklichen Bereich
  • Zertifizierung als Sicherheitsbeauftragte Person (oder Bereitschaft, einen Kurs zu absolvieren)
  • Technisches Flair und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Erfahrung in der Eventtechnik oder Bereitschaft, dich einzuarbeiten
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an Kultur, Veranstaltungen und einem lebendigen Umfeld
  • Bereitschaft zu Abend- und Wochenendarbeit
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B oder höher
