Für unseren Kunden in der Region Rapperswil-Jona suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine zuverlässige und selbstständige Persönlichkeit als Hauswart / Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Betreuung und Unterhalt von Liegenschaften
  • Sicherstellung eines einwandfreien Betriebs der Gebäude und technischen Anlagen
  • Durchführung von Kontroll-, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Ausführung kleinerer Reparaturen und handwerklicher Arbeiten
  • Pflege und Unterhalt der Innen- und Aussenbereiche
  • Erkennen und Beheben von Störungen und Mängeln
  • Koordination und Begleitung externer Handwerker und Dienstleister
  • Ansprechpartner für Mieter, Eigentümer und weitere Anspruchsgruppen
  • Allgemeine Arbeiten im Bereich Hauswartung und Gebäudebetrieb

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ, Hauswart oder eine vergleichbare handwerklich-technische Ausbildung
  • Alternativ sind auch gelernte Handwerker mit entsprechender Erfahrung im Gebäudeunterhalt willkommen (Schreiner, Maler/Gipser, Maurer etc)
  • Berufserfahrung in der Hauswartung, im Betriebsunterhalt oder in einem vergleichbaren Tätigkeitsbereich von Vorteil
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässiges und gepflegtes Auftreten
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen und eine dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
