Hauswart\*in (m/w/d) Arbeitsort:Biel/Bienne Pensum:100% Arbeitsbeginn:01.09.2026 Abteilung:Gebäudetechnik / Hauswartung / Gartenbau Deine Aufgaben \- Pflege und Aufbau eines kontinuierlichen Kundenkontakts und erster Ansprechpartner/in für fachliche und technische Fragen \- Sicherstellung des operativen Tagesbetriebs im Bereich technisches und infrastrukturelles Gebäudemanagement in einem größeren Einkaufscenter \- Durchführung von Unterhalts- und Wartungsarbeiten innerhalb und außerhalb des Gebäudes sowie deren lückenlose Dokumentation \- Vergabe, Betreuung und Überwachung von Aufträgen an interne sowie externe Dienstleister und Lieferanten unter Einhaltung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualitätsstandards \- Bereitschaft für Piketteinsätze (Erstintervention) \- Überwachung der Wartung und Pflege der zugeteilten Maschinen, Geräte und Unterhaltsmaterialien \- Koordination und Kontrolle der Einsätze von Drittfirmen für technische Wartungen \- Direkter Kontakt mit Kund/innen, Untermieter/innen und weiteren Ansprechpersonen vor Ort \- Erste Ansprechperson für alle Anliegen rund um das technische Gebäudemanagement Dein Profil \- Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Fachmann/-frau Betriebsunterhalt EFZ oder Weiterbildung zum/zur Dipl.
