Hauswart/in oder Fachmann/Fachfrau Betriebsunterhalt 100%

Ihre Aufgaben • Reinigung der zugeteilten Liegenschaft • Fensterreinigungen • Kontrolle und Unterhalt der technischen Anlagen • Winterdienst und Pikettdienst • Gartenunterhalt • Kleinreparaturen

Was wir erwarten • Berufserfahrung oder eine berufliche Grundausbildung in der Reinigung • Gute technische Kenntnisse und handwerkliches Geschick von Vorteil • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Führerschein der Klasse B/BE • Bereitschaft für gelegentliche, unregelmässige Einsätze • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit und gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
