Beschreibung ###

Für unseren Kunden, Sitz in Olten, suchen wir ab sofort einen Hauswart (m/w). Bei der Position handelt es sich um eine direkte Festanstellung bei unserem Kunden. Die Betreuung und Vermittlung sowie alle unsere weiteren Serviceleistungen sind für Sie als Bewerber kostenfrei.

Ihre Tätigkeit ###

Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit der Haustechnik: Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Betrieb aller haustechnischen Anlagen in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich. Bei Bedarf und in Absprache mit der Fachführung Einbeziehung externer Dienstleister und Lieferanten. Rechnungsprüfung und Freigabe: Kontrolle und Freigabe von Rechnungen unter Berücksichtigung des vorgegebenen Budgets. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Buchhaltung und der Fachführung zur Einhaltung finanzieller Vorgaben. Unterhalt der Umgebung: Mitverantwortlich für die Pflege und Wartung der Außenanlagen und der Umgebung des zuständigen Bereiches. Regelmäßige Inspektionsrundgänge zur Sicherstellung der Sauberkeit und Sicherheit der Außenanlagen. Koordination von Umbau-, Renovations- und Sanierungsarbeiten: Planung und Durchführung von Modernisierungs- und Sanierungsprojekten. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Bauunternehmen, Handwerkern und internen Abteilungen zur termingerechten und budgetkonformen Realisierung von Projekten. Qualitätsprüfung durch Kontrollrundgänge: Regelmäßige Durchführung von Kontrollrundgängen zur Überprüfung der Qualität der Unterhaltsarbeiten an den Haustechnikanlagen, Gebäuden und deren Umgebung. Dokumentation und Bewertung der Wartungsarbeiten und Erkennung von Mängeln sowie deren Behebung.

Ihr Profil ###

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Gebäudemanagement und Haustechnik. Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Wartung und Instandhaltung technischer Anlagen. Organisationsfähigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise. Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke. Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung und Anpassung an neue technische Standards.
