Head of Accounting \& Reporting (w/d/m)

Als Head of Accounting \& Rechnungslegung Reporting übernimmst du eine zentrale Führungs\- und Expertenfunktion innerhalb der Finance‑Organisation der Interhome Group. Du verantwortest die fachliche Leitung des Bereichs Accounting, die Einhaltung und Weiterentwicklung des IFRS‑Reporting sowie die Steuerkoordination im Bereich direkter Steuern.

Diese Rolle ist bewusst nicht operativ\-buchhalterisch ausgelegt. Der Head of Accounting \& Reporting ist der fachliche \& operative Lead für das IFRS\-Reporting\-Package, die Bilanzierung nach IFRS/Lokalrecht und die Steuerdeklaration. Er liefert die Zahlen und Berichte an den VP Finance ab.

Deine Hauptaufgaben

Fachliche Leitung \& Governance

  • Fachliche Führung des Accounting‑Teams sowie Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung, Analyse und Qualitätssicherung der Monats‑, Quartals‑ und Jahresabschlüsse nach IFRS
  • Sicherstellung der korrekten Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung der Accounting Policies, inkl. IFRS‑Interpretation und \-Implementierung

IFRS‑Rechnungslegung \& Konzernabschluss

  • Verantwortung für den Konzernabschlussprozess inkl. Konsolidierung, Intercompany‑Abstimmungen und Reporting
  • Ansprechpartnerin/Ansprechpartner für komplexe IFRS‑Fragestellungen (u.a. IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IFRS 3\)
  • Schnittstellenmanagement mit Controlling, Treasury und lokalen Finance‑Einheiten
  • Verantwortung für finanzielle Offenlegungspflichten und Unterstützung bei kapitalmarktrelevanten Publikationen der HomeToGo Group
  • Sicherstellung einer revisionssicheren Dokumentation wesentlicher Accounting\-Positionen und Bilanzierungsentscheide

Steuern (Direct Taxes)

  • Verantwortliche Koordination der direkten Steuern (insbesondere Körperschaftssteuer \& Gewinnsteuern)
  • Sicherstellung steuerlicher Compliance in Zusammenarbeit mit Gruppenstellen, externen Steuerberatern und lokalen Teams
  • Beurteilung steuerlicher Auswirkungen von Projekten, Umstrukturierungen und neuen Geschäftsmodellen

Prozesse \& Projekte

  • Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung von Finance‑Prozessen im Bereich Accounting \& Tax
  • Unterstützung und Leitung von Projekten, z. B. Digitalisierung, Systemoptimierung, Prozessharmonisierung
  • Aktive Förderung und Vorlebendes Einsatzes moderner KI\-Tools, Automatisierungen und digitaler Workflows im Finanzbereich, um die Effizienz der Berichterstattung zu steigern und eine zukunftsorientierte Technologie\-Kultur im Team zu etablieren
  • Mitwirkung bei M\&A‑Themen aus Accounting\- und Steuersicht

Externe Stakeholder

  • Hauptkontaktperson für Wirtschaftsprüfer
  • Steuerung externer Berater im Bereich Accounting \& Taxes

Dein Profil

Fachliche Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Accounting, Finance oder vergleichbar; idealerweise Weiterbildung (CPA, ACCA, Wirtschaftsprüfer, MAS FH in Accounting/Tax, eidg. Fachausweis etc.)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Konzernrechnungswesen, in der Wirtschaftsprüfung oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachführung
  • Tiefes Verständnis der IFRS‑Rechnungslegung und Konsolidierung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich direkte Steuern; internationale Steuererfahrung von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in einem börsenkotierten Unternehmen oder in der Prüfung bzw. Betreuung kapitalmarktorientierter Gesellschaften ist ein klarer Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Corporate Governance, internes Kontrollsystem (IKS) und finanzielle Compliance

Führung \& Persönlichkeit

  • Natürliche Führungsstärke und Fähigkeit, ein Team fachlich anzuleiten und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Ausgeprägte Analyse‑ und Konzeptionsfähigkeit, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hoher Qualitätsanspruch
  • Sicherer Auftritt, Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte einfach zu erklären
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, Prozesse zu verbessern
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und gute Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil.

Technische Skills

  • Sehr gute Excel‑Skills und Erfahrung mit Konsolidierungs\- und ERP‑Systemen (z. B. SAP / S/4 Hana)
  • Starke Begeisterung für den Einsatz von KI\-Tools und Prozessautomatisierung sowie die Fähigkeit, digitale Innovationen im Finanzbereich erfolgreich voranzutreiben.
