Du baust produktionsreife Pipelines für KI-Bild und -Video mit Marken- und Charakterkonsistenz, sauberem Upscaling und hoher Qualität. Du bringst KI ins Media Buying: automatisierte Creative-Iteration, Testing im grossen Stil, Auswertung und Skalierungslogik. Du automatisierst Prozesse end-to-end mit n8n, Make, APIs und Agents - von Reporting über Briefings bis zu Datenflüssen zwischen den Tools. Du entwickelst interne Tools und Agents, die das Team täglich nutzt. Du schulst das Team mit Playbooks, Prompt-Libraries und klaren Standards. Du evaluierst laufend neue Modelle und Tools und entscheidest über den Stack, mit Blick auf Qualität, Kosten und Nutzungsrechte. Du sorgst für einen sauberen Umgang mit Kundendaten, Lizenzen und Brand Safety nach revDSG und DSGVO.
