* * Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Asset Management Operations Teams * Gesamtverantwortung für effiziente, stabile und regulatorisch konforme Operations Services * Steuerung von KPIs, Service Levels, Risiken und Kontrollen * Governance und Management externer Dienstleister, Depotbanken und Broker * Weiterentwicklung, Standardisierung und Automatisierung der Operations-ProzesseLeitung von Transformations- und Change-Initiativen * Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern sowie Reporting an das Senior Management

Was du mitbringst ##

* * Hochschulabschluss in Finance, Banking, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Ausbildung; zusätzliche Fachqualifikationen von Vorteil * Mehrjährige Führungs- und Managementerfahrung im Asset Management Operations Umfeld * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Asset Management Operations, operativen Risiken, Kontrollen und regulatorischen Anforderungen * Nachweisliche Erfolge in Transformation, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung * Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Dienstleister und komplexer Stakeholder-Strukturen * Ausgeprägte analytische, konzeptionelle und kommunikative Fähigkeiten  * Inspirierende Führungspersönlichkeit mit hoher Umsetzungsstärke, unternehmerischem Denken und Change-Kompetenz * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
