Sie verantworten die Bereiche Fotografie, Styling und Product Content und sorgen dafür, dass unser Sortiment auf allen digitalen Kanälen hochwertig, markengerecht und inspirierend präsentiert wird. Mit Ihrem Gespür für Prozesse, Qualität und Innovation entwickeln Sie unsere Produktionsorganisation kontinuierlich weiter und treiben den Einsatz neuer Technologien sowie künstlicher Intelligenz entlang der gesamten Content\-Wertschöpfungskette voran. So schaffen Sie die Grundlage für ein herausragendes digitales Einkaufserlebnis und stärken die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit von PKZ nachhaltig. Zur Ergänzung unseres erfolgreichen E\-Commerce Teams in Urdorf suchen wir per 01\. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine unternehmerisch denkende und innovative Persönlichkeit als Head of E\-Commerce Production 100% Was Sie bewegen: Sie übernehmen die operative Gesamtverantwortung für die Bereiche Fotografie, Styling und Product Content. Gemeinsam mit Ihren Teams stellen Sie sicher, dass sämtliche Produktinhalte effizient, qualitativ hochwertig und termingerecht für unsere digitalen Vertriebskanäle bereitgestellt werden. Sie führen und entwickeln die verantwortlichen Team Leads sowie deren Teams und fördern eine leistungsorientierte, innovative und zukunftsgerichtete Zusammenarbeit. Dabei schaffen Sie optimale Rahmenbedingungen für effiziente Prozesse und höchste Qualitätsstandards. Sie verantworten die Planung und Steuerung der gesamten E\-Commerce Produktion und stellen sicher, dass Produktfotografie, Styling und Product Content unsere Markenwelt konsistent und verkaufsstark widerspiegeln. Sie analysieren und optimieren bestehende Prozesse entlang der gesamten Content\-Wertschöpfungskette und treiben die Weiterentwicklung von Systemen, Workflows und Strukturen konsequent voran. Sie identifizieren Potenziale in den Bereichen Automatisierung, künstliche Intelligenz und digitale Innovationen und gestalten aktiv die Transformation hin zu einer modernen, skalierbaren und technologiegestützten Produktionsorganisation. Was Sie ausmacht: Sie verfügen über eine höhere Ausbildung im Bereich E\-Commerce, Medienproduktion, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringen mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in den Bereichen Product Content, Fotoproduktion, Content Operations oder E\-Commerce mit. Sie haben Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Optimierung von Prozessen und Organisationsstrukturen sowie in der erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Change\- und Transformationsprojekten. Moderne Technologien, Automatisierung und künstliche Intelligenz begeistern Sie. Idealerweise konnten Sie bereits KI\-basierte Lösungen oder digitale Produktionsmodelle erfolgreich einführen oder weiterentwickeln. Sie denken unternehmerisch, handeln lösungsorientiert und überzeugen durch Ihre hohe Umsetzungsstärke sowie Ihre ausgeprägten Kommunikations\- und Führungsfähigkeiten. Sie begeistern sich für digitale Innovationen, verfügen über ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und möchten die Zukunft der digitalen Produktpräsentation aktiv mitgestalten.
