WEYTEC \- EMPOWERING PEOPLE Head of Field Service 100% (m/w/d) Als Head of Field Services übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für unseren Field Service in der Schweiz, dem BeNeLux, den Nordics und in Middle East und Afrika. Duführst über zwei Teamleiter eine Organisation von rund 15 Mitarbeitenden. Dabei geht es um weit mehr als einen reibungslosen Servicebetrieb: Du entwickelst Strukturen, Prozesse und Tools weiter, schaffst Transparenz in Planung und Performance und bringst unseren Field Service organisatorisch und technologisch auf das nächste Level. Dein Impact: Gesamtverantwortung für den Field Service in der Schweiz und den beschriebenen Regionen mit Führung und Weiterentwicklung der beiden Teamleiter und ihrer Teams Vorausschauende Einsatz\-, Ressourcen\- und Kapazitätsplanung sowie Sicherstellung einer termin\-, qualitäts\- und kostengerechten Umsetzung Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen, Tools und Standards mit dem Ziel, den Field Service auf das nächste Level zu bringen Steuerung der Performance über relevante KPIs sowie frühzeitiges Erkennen von Engpässen und Optimierungspotenzialen Zentrale Eskalationsstelle und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagement, Vertrieb, AVOR, Entwicklung, Kunden und Partnern Verantwortung für Ausbildung, Einführung und Know\-how\-Transfer im Field Service sowie Förderung der fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden gesagt: Du hältst den Field Service nicht einfach am Laufen, du entwickelst ihn weiter. Mit Führungskompetenz, technischem Verständnis und einem klaren Blick für Prozesse machst du aus einem guten Servicebereich eine leistungsfähige und zukunftsorientierte Organisation. Das bringst du mit: Höhere Ausbildung als ICT\-Systemtechniker HF, Wirtschaftsinformatiker HF oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem technischen Service\-, System\- oder Projektumfeld sowie in der Führung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden Fundierte Kenntnisse in Informatik, IT\-Systemen und Netzwerktechnologien sowie Erfahrung im System\- und/oder Product Engineering Erfahrung im Kunden\-, Partner\- und After\-Sales\-Umfeld, in Support\- und Prozessmanagement sowie idealerweise im Projektgeschäft Erfahrung im KPI\- und Budgetmanagement sowie sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT\-Tools und Präsentationsmitteln Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Qualitäts\- und Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mind.
