Vos responsabilités

En tant que Responsable Finance, vous assumez la responsabilité globale du domaine Finance. Dans cette fonction clé, vous êtes le partenaire de réflexion de la Direction et garantissez le pilotage financier au sein de notre entreprise.

Vos missions

- Responsabilité du contrôle de gestion des grands projets, y compris les analyses des écarts entre prévisions et réalisations, les analyses de marges et les évaluations des risques - Responsabilité de l-ensemble de la finance et de la comptabilité - Élaboration du budget, des prévisions financières (forecasting) et de la planification de trésorerie - Mise en place et développement des indicateurs de performance et des systèmes de reporting - Réalisation d-analyses de rentabilité et de calculs financiers complexes - Garantie d-un système de contrôle interne (SCI) efficace - Interlocuteur principal des organes de révision, des banques et des partenaires externes - Encadrement hiérarchique et fonctionnel d-une petite équipe - Accompagnement, développement et valorisation des collaborateurs - Optimisation des processus et des procédures

Votre profil

  • Formation supérieure en finance, gestion d-entreprise ou comptabilité
  • Plusieurs années d-expérience managériale dans une fonction similaire
  • Expérience avérée en gestion financière et en contrôle de projets
  • Excellentes connaissances en budgétisation, prévisions financières et analyse financière
  • Expérience dans le pilotage et le suivi de grands projets complexes
  • Maîtrise des systèmes ERP et de MS Office, en particulier Excel
  • Méthode de travail analytique, structurée et orientée solutions
  • Sens élevé des responsabilités, résistance au stress et esprit entrepreneurial
  • Maîtrise du français et de l-anglais à l-oral comme à l-écrit ; toute autre langue constitue un atout
