Für unseren Kunden, ein etabliertes Dienstleistungsunternehmen in der Schweiz mit internationaler Ausrichtung, suchen wir eine unternehmerisch denkende und führungsstarke Persönlichkeit als Head of HR. In dieser Schlüsselposition übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für den Human-Resources-Bereich und prägen die strategische sowie operative Personalarbeit nachhaltig. Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team entwickeln Sie moderne HR-Prozesse weiter, begleiten Veränderungsprozesse und stehen der Geschäftsleitung sowie den Führungskräften als kompetente Sparringspartnerin bzw. kompetenter Sparringspartner zur Seite.

Aufgaben & Herausforderungen

  • Gesamtverantwortung für sämtliche operativen und strategischen HR-Prozesse entlang des Employee Life Cycle
  • Führung, Förderung und Weiterentwicklung eines kleinen HR-Teams
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung sowie der Führungskräfte in sämtlichen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Verantwortung für Payroll, Sozialversicherungen sowie die Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher Vorgaben
  • Steuerung der Personalplanung sowie Mitarbeit bei Budget- und Personalkostenprozessen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung der HR-Prozesse sowie Einführung moderner HR-Systeme und -Instrumente
  • Leitung bereichsübergreifender HR- und Change-Projekte
  • Erstellung von HR-Kennzahlen, Reports und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen sowie internationalen Stakeholdern

Qualifikationen & Kompetenzen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung im Bereich Human Resources
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden HR-Funktion in der Schweiz
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des Schweizer Arbeitsrechts sowie der Payroll- und Sozialversicherungsthemen
  • Erfahrung in Organisationsentwicklung und Change Management
  • Versierter Umgang mit modernen HR-Systemen und digitalen HR-Prozessen
  • Führungserfahrung sowie eine gewinnende, lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Analytische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Integrität und Diskretion
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
