In diesem Verbund ist die IFA die führende Anbieterin höherer Berufsbildung in den Bereichen Wirtschaft, Informatik und Wirtschaftsinformatik. Das Weiterbildungsangebot umfasst Studiengänge auf Stufe Höhere Fachschule, Vorbereitungskurse auf Berufs\- und höhere Fachprüfungen sowie Seminare und Zertifizierungsprüfungen. In einer Zeit, in der KI neu definiert, was Fachkräfte können müssen, gewinnt die Aus\- und Weiterbildung weiter an Bedeutung. In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie die strategische und operative Gesamtverantwortung für die IFA und sind direkt dem CEO der ipso! unterstellt. Sie führen die Bereichsleitenden und die administrative Leitung direkt sowie die Dozierenden indirekt und verantworten zusätzlich einen eigenen Bereich. Das Bildungsportfolio bauen Sie gezielt aus, um neue Zielgruppen zu erschliessen und Marktanteile zu gewinnen. Gleichzeitig entwickeln Sie die Strukturen über alle Standorte hinweg konsequent kundenorientiert weiter. Sie müssen keine Schule geführt haben. Entscheidend sind mehrjährige Führungserfahrung mit Ergebnisverantwortung, beispielsweise in der ICT, Beratung oder im Digital Business, sowie Freude an der Führung von Menschen. Sie sind präsent, direkt und bringen echtes Interesse an Dozierenden und Studierenden mit. Technologie ist Ihr Terrain, KI inklusive: Sie wissen, was neue Technologien für Wirtschaft und Bildung bedeuten, und verfügen idealerweise über ein Netzwerk in Wirtschaft und ICT. Unternehmerisches Denken, Umsetzungsstärke, Marktorientierung und eine Hands\-on\-Mentalität zeichnen Sie aus.

Wirkung, Wachstum und Gestaltung

Sie verfügen über einen Abschluss auf Tertiärstufe (HF, FH oder Uni), idealerweise in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Betriebswirtschaft. Erfahrung in der Aus\- oder Weiterbildung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss; entscheidend ist Ihre Überzeugung, dass Bildung etwas bewegt. Die IFA bietet Ihnen hohen Gestaltungsspielraum, kurze Wege zur Gruppenleitung und ein Geschäftsfeld mit Entwicklungs\- und Wachstumspotenzial.
