Ihre Aufgaben: • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der neu geschaffenen Funktion Head of IT Schweiz sowie Gesamtverantwortung für die Schweizer IT-Organisation • Fachliche und personelle Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des lokalen IT-Teams • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der IT-Strategie in Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung und internationalen IT-Verantwortlichen • Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und wirtschaftlichen IT-Betriebs an allen Schweizer Standorten • Planung und Umsetzung von IT-, Infrastruktur-, Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsprojekten • Verantwortung für IT-Infrastruktur, Netzwerke, Server, Arbeitsplatzsysteme sowie Microsoft- und Cloud-Umgebungen • Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister und Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen IT-Fachteams • Verantwortung für IT-Security, Datenschutz, Business Continuity sowie Compliance- und ISO-27001-Anforderungen • Budgetplanung und Kostenkontrolle für den IT-Bereich • Optimierung von IT-Prozessen, Service Management und Supportleistungen • Beratung der Geschäftsleitung bei technologischen Fragestellungen und Einführung neuer Technologien

Ihr Profil: • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden IT-Funktion mit Führungsverantwortung • Fundierte Kenntnisse in IT-Infrastruktur, Netzwerken, Microsoft-Technologien, Virtualisierung und Cloud-Lösungen • Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Projekten und Digitalisierungsinitiativen • Gute Kenntnisse in IT-Security und IT-Governance; ITIL und ISO 27001 von Vorteil • Unternehmerische, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise • Ausgeprägte Organisations-, Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse; Italienisch von Vorteil • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz • Führerausweis Kategorie B
