Head of Maintenance ===================

Sind Sie eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit im Bereich Instandhaltung mit fundierter Erfahrung in industriellen Produktionsumgebungen und schweren Maschinenanlagen?

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n Leiter/in Instandhaltung, der/die die Verantwortung für sämtliche Instandhaltungsaktivitäten am Standort übernimmt. In dieser Schlüsselposition stellen Sie die technische Verfügbarkeit, Sicherheit und Effizienz unserer Anlagen sicher und treiben die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Instandhaltungsprozesse voran.

Ihre Aufgaben -------------

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Instandhaltungsteams.
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Anlagenverfügbarkeit durch vorbeugende, prädiktive und corrective Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen.
  • Verantwortung für die Wartung und Instandhaltung von Produktionsanlagen, schweren Maschinen sowie technischer Infrastruktur.
  • Planung und Überwachung von Instandhaltungsbudgets, Investitionsprojekten und externen Dienstleistern.
  • Analyse von Störungen und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Schweizer Vorschriften, Normen und Sicherheitsanforderungen im Bereich Instandhaltung sowie Maschinen\- und Arbeitssicherheit.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Engineering und EHS zur Optimierung der Betriebsabläufe.

Ihr Profil ----------

  • Technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Ingenieur, Techniker HF oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der Instandhaltung eines industriellen Produktionsbetriebs.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Mechanik, Elektrik, Hydraulik, Pneumatik und Automatisierungstechnik.
  • Erfahrung mit schweren Industrieanlagen und komplexen Produktionssystemen.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Schweizer Gesetzgebung und regulatorischen Anforderungen im Bereich Maschinen\-, Betriebs\- und Arbeitssicherheit.
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit.
  • Gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse.
