Deine Aufgaben ##

Du willst nicht verwalten, was bereits da ist - du willst aufbauen, verändern und etwas bewegen. Bei Leister hast du die Chance, unsere Marke und Kommunikation neu auszurichten und auf ein neues Level zu bringen. Du entwickelst eine klare Positionierung, setzt strategische und kreative Impulse und sorgst dafür, dass Leister künftig so wahrgenommen wird, wie es unserer Technologie, Qualität und Innovationskraft entspricht.

Gemeinsam mit deinem Team machst du Marketing zum Erfolgsfaktor des Unternehmens. Als interne Marketingagentur unterstützt ihr unsere Unternehmen in der Schweiz und die internationalen Gesellschaften mit kreativen Ideen, wirkungsvollen Kampagnen und professionellen Marketingleistungen. Dabei schlägst du die Brücke zwischen Produktmanagement, Vertrieb und Kommunikation und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Innovationen weltweit sichtbar bleiben.

Du verantwortest unsere Produktmarketing-Kampagnen sowie Gestaltung und Inhalte unseres Gruppenauftritts, entwickelst unsere Corporate Brand konsequent weiter und schaffst ein Markenerlebnis, das Menschen begeistert. Gemeinsam mit HR positionierst du die Leister Gruppe als attraktiven Arbeitgeber und bringst unser Employer Branding auf das nächste Level. Mit deinem Gespür für Trends, Design und Storytelling schaffst du Erlebnisse, die in Erinnerung bleiben. Du führst dein Team mit Begeisterung, inspirierst Menschen und bringst neue Ideen ein, damit wir auch morgen zu den sichtbarsten und stärksten Unternehmen der Schweiz gehört.

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Höhere Ausbildung in Marketing, Kommunikation oder Betriebswirtschaft
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im internationalen Marketing oder in der Unternehmenskommunikation
  • Leidenschaft für Marken, Kommunikation und Storytelling
  • Gespür für Trends, Design und digitale Medien
  • Erfahrung im Employer Branding sowie ein sicheres Gespür, wie Marke und Inhalte im Web wirken
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie eine hohe Umsetzungsstärke
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
