Novasina AG entwickelt, produziert und vertreibt seit über 60 Jahren präzise Sensoren und Messinstrumente für die Luftfeuchtigkeits-, Temperatur- und Differenzdruckmessung sowie Lösungen zur Bestimmung der Wasseraktivität in Entwicklung, Produktion und Qualitätssicherung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für den Order-to-Delivery-Prozess (Order Management, Disposition, Produktion, Einkauf, Logistik
  • Direkte disziplinarische Führung von 13 Mitarbeitenden mit unterschiedlichen Pensenund Versand)
  • Sicherstellung der Produktverfügbarkeit mit Make-to-Stock-Fokus
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des gesamten Operations-Teams mit 13 Mitarbeitenden
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung klarer Strukturen, Rollen und Prozesse
  • Planung und Steuerung der Produktion inkl. Kapazitäts- und Materialplanung
  • Enge Verzahnung von Order Management, Planung und Produktion
  • Verantwortung für Lieferperformance und Durchlaufzeiten
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung effizienter und skalierbarer Prozesse
  • Mitgestaltung von Produktionskonzepten
  • Aufbau eines integrierten Supply-Chain-Verständnisses über alle Funktionen
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen im Bereich Operational Excellence
  • Sicherstellung einer funktionierenden Teamdynamik über alle Bereiche hinweg
  • Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden sowie Förderung einer klaren und konstruktiven Zusammenarbeit

Ihr Profil:

  • Mehrjährige und fundierte Erfahrung (mind. 5-10 Jahre) in einer vergleichbaren Operations-Rolle entlang der gesamten Supply Chain
  • Kenntnisse in Operational Excellence, Lean oder Six Sigma von Vorteil
  • Starkes Verständnis für Make-to-Stock und Produktionsplanung
  • Fähigkeit, strategisches Denken mit operativer Umsetzung zu verbinden
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Optimierung von Prozessen
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Produktionskonzepten für neue Produkte
  • Durchsetzungsstarke und klare Kommunikation
  • Teamorientierte, strukturierte und pragmatische Persönlichkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität, Eigenverantwortung und Ownership
  • Führungspersönlichkeit, die über das Team führt, Mitarbeitende mitnimmt und gemeinsam Veränderungen umsetzt
