Deine Aufgaben

  • Gründung, Aufbau und Führung des Teams Production Organisation (PO) Change Management mit Personal, System, Prozess und Kommunikation in der neuen Business Unit Operations
  • Kontinuierliche Entwicklung der Tool\- und Prozesslandschaft zur Überführung und Prüfung der Engineering Change zu Manufacturing Change Transfers
  • Definition, Schulung und Überwachung der gruppenweiten Effectivity\-Governance und \-Grundlogik mit MSN, Datum, Baugruppe
  • Teilnahme am Design Organisation Change Review Board, Vertretung der PO sowie Einbringen eines Vorschlags zur Effectivity inkl. Ressourcen, Implementierungsmöglichkeiten, Kundenanforderungen und Produktionsprogramme
  • Vertretung der PO in Entwicklungs\-, Upgrade\- und Industrialisierungsprojekten hinsichtlich Änderungsmanagement, Effectivity und Überführung von Änderungen in die PO, sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projekt\- und Konfigurationsmanagement
  • Aufbau und fortlaufende Weiterentwicklung der Change Implementation Board Governance sowie Einberufung, Vorbereitung, Führung und Moderation des CIB\-Meetings

Damit überzeugst Du uns

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Engineering, Luftfahrtwesen, Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung oder nachweisliche Kompetenz in der Entwicklung und Motivation eines Teams
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Engineering und Production Managagement sowie im Änderungswesen (CM2 Standard) in der Luft\- und Raumfahrt, oder Automobil\- und Maschinenbau\-Industrie
  • Prozess\- und Methodenkompetenz im Änderungsmanagement und angrenzenden Fachbereichen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Siemens Teamcenter und SAP S/4HANA, sowie Erfahrung in der Einführung und Optimierung von ERP\-gestützten Änderungsmanagement\-Workflows (Siemens Teamcenter, Mendix)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse auf Niveau C1
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, hohe Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsstärke und die Fähigkeit, Veränderungen aktiv zu gestalten und zu kommunizieren
