In dieser Schlüsselrolle innerhalb des erweiterten Führungskreises prägen Sie die Zukunft unserer globalen Beschaffungsorganisation. Direkt dem Group COO unterstellt, entwickeln Sie gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team Procurement als strategischen Werttreiber weiter, stärken internationale Lieferantenpartnerschaften und fördern Effizienz, Innovation sowie Nachhaltigkeit entlang der gesamten Supply Chain.

Ihre Herausforderung ##

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der globalen Beschaffungs-, Lieferanten- und Sourcing-Strategie.
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung der gruppenweiten Einkaufsorganisation sowie fachliche Steuerung der Einkaufsverantwortlichen in den Tochtergesellschaften.
  • Aufbau strategischer Lieferantenpartnerschaften sowie Führung anspruchsvoller Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen auf internationaler Ebene.
  • Sicherstellung von Versorgungssicherheit, Kostenoptimierung, Risikomanagement sowie Compliance- und Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen entlang der Lieferkette.
  • Vorantreiben von Digitalisierung, Standardisierung und Performance-Steigerung innerhalb der Beschaffungsprozesse.

Ihr Profil ##

  • Sie verbinden strategische Stärke mit Umsetzungs- und Führungskompetenz und verfügen über Erfahrung in einem internationalen Industrieumfeld.
  • Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Supply Chain Management oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige erfolgreiche Führungserfahrung in einer leitenden Einkaufsfunktion eines Industrieunternehmens.
  • Ausgewiesene Expertise in strategischem Einkauf, Lieferantenmanagement und internationalen Vertragsverhandlungen.
  • Erfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung von Organisationen, Prozessen und Strukturen sowie im Change Management.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken.
