Head of Production (w/m/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Abteilungsleitung: Operative und strategische Führung der Bereiche Produktion und Arbeitsvorbereitung (AVOR) am Standort
  • Prozess- & Kapazitätssteuerung: Laufende Überprüfung sowie bedarfsgerechte Anpassung der Produktionskapazitäten an die globale Kundennachfrage
  • Termin- & Kostensicherung: Gewährleistung der termingerechten Fertigung und Auslieferung von anspruchsvollen Druckbehältern und komplexen Baugruppen sowie kontinuierliche Reduktion der Produktionskosten unter Berücksichtigung des Total-Cost-of-Ownership-Ansatzes
  • Qualitäts- & Richtlinien-Compliance: Konsequente Einhaltung relevanter internationaler Qualitäts- und Regulierungsstandards (z. B. Druckgeräterichtlinien) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Schnittstellen
  • KVP & Synergien: Initiierung und Steuerung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprojekten (KVP) in Kooperation mit der Entwicklung/Konstruktion sowie Nutzung internationaler Standort-Synergien

Qualifikationen

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung: Technische Grundausbildung im produzierenden Gewerbe (z. B. im Maschinen- oder Metallbau), ergänzt durch ein Ingenieurstudium oder eine Vertiefung in Richtung Maschinenbau, Fertigungstechnik oder Produktionsmanagement
  • Schweisstechnik-Expertise: Fundiertes Know-how und praktische Erfahrung in der Schweisstechnik (idealerweise im Edelstahl- oder Druckbehälterbau) zur kompetenten Steuerung anspruchsvoller Fügeprozesse
  • Führungserfahrung: Nachweisbare Praxis in der Führung von Produktionsteams sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in der Produktionsplanung und AVOR (Erfahrung mit der Herstellung von Druckgeräten ist von Vorteil)
  • Arbeitsweise: Konsequent an den strategischen Unternehmenszielen ausgerichtet, ausgeprägte Durchsetzungsstärke, Organisationstalent und ein hoher "Sense of Urgency" für zeitkritische Themen
  • Sprachen: Stilsicheres Deutsch sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B1) für die internationale Zusammenarbeit
