Head of Quality 80-100% ( m,w,d)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung des Bereichs Qualitätsmanagement im Bereich Quality Hand Tools
  • Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung der Qualitätsmethoden inklusive Risikobetrachtung
  • Planung und Durchführung des Auditprogramms ) intern, extern und Lieferanten)
  • Betreuung des ISO-Managementsystems
  • Unterhalt und gezielte Weiterentwicklung des QMS als strategische Führungselement
  • Identifikation und nachhaltige Bearbeitung von Qualitätsproblemen und Reklamationen inklusive Ursachenanalyse und Wirksamkeitsprüfung
  • Erarbeitung von Prüfstrategien und Prüfkonzepten für bestehende und neue Produkte
  • Qualitätsseitige Begleitung von Entwicklungsprojekten inklusive Untersuchungen an Prototypen und Nullserien
  • Sparringspartner auf Augenhöhe für die metallverarbeitenden Mitarbeitenden bei qualitätsrelevanten Fragestellungen sowie Förderung eines nachhaltigen Qualitätsbewusstsein

Qualifikationen

Du bringst mit:

  • zwingend eine technisch-mechanische Grundausbildung mit höherer Ausbildung (Stufe HF, FH) sowie eine Weiterbildung im Qualitätsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Werkstoffkunde mit Schwerpunkt Stahl und Stahlverarbeitung
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement und der Qualitätssicherung von hochwertigen Gebrauchsgütern
  • Fundiertes Wissen über gängige Qualitätsstandards und Methoden sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Kundenzufriedenheit, Flexibilität, Teamgeist, Detailaffinität und ein scharfer Blick für Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
