WOFÜR WIR SIE SUCHEN

Für die Division Air Defence suchen wir am Standort Zürich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Head of Quality Division Air Defence (m/w/d).

In dieser neu geschaffenen Funktion verantworten Sie die strategische und funktionale Steuerung der Quality-Funktion über die Standorte Zürich, Rom und Neuss. Sie führen die lokalen Heads of Quality fachlich und entwickeln einen einheitlichen Rahmen für Qualitätsstrategie, Prozesse, Standards und Kennzahlen.

Sie berichten an den COO der Division und arbeiten eng mit dem Divisionsmanagement, den Standortleitungen sowie den relevanten Corporate-Funktionen zusammen.

Folgende Aufgaben übernehmen Sie konkret:

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Qualitätsstrategie für die Division Air Defence
  • Funktionale Führung und fachliche Steuerung der Heads of Quality an den Standorten Zürich, Rom und Neuss
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einer einheitlichen Quality Governance über die Division
  • Harmonisierung von Qualitätsprozessen, Methoden und Standards über die Standorte hinweg
  • Definition und Implementierung eines einheitlichen Qualitäts-KPI- und Reporting-Systems - Analyse und Benchmarking der Qualitätsperformance sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Koordination standortübergreifender CAPA-, 8D- und Root-Cause-Aktivitäten sowie Eskalation wesentlicher Qualitätsrisiken
  • Sicherstellung der Umsetzung relevanter Qualitäts- und Zertifizierungsanforderungen sowie Koordination divisionaler Auditaktivitäten
  • Weiterentwicklung des Supplier- und Product-Quality-Managements bei standortübergreifender Relevanz
  • Förderung des standortübergreifenden Wissens- und Best-Practice-Austauschs sowie einer gemeinsamen Qualitätskultur 

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Qualitätsmanagement, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer operativen Qualitätsführungsfunktion in einem regulierten industriellen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der standortübergreifenden Führung oder Harmonisierung von Qualitätsorganisationen und -systemen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in ISO 9001, AS/EN 9100 oder vergleichbaren Qualitätsstandards
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Lean / Six Sigma sowie gängigen Quality-Methoden, insbesondere 8D, CAPA und Root Cause Analysis
  • Erfahrung in der Matrixführung ohne direkte disziplinarische Führungsverantwortung
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und strategische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sowie Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management auf unterschiedlichen Hierarchieebenen
  • Internationale und interkulturelle Erfahrung
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Italienisch von Vorteil
