Meine Mandantin ist ein weltweit tätiges Unternehmen, das sich auf die Bereiche Dichten, Kleben, Dämpfen, Verstärken und Schützen von Tragstrukturen spezialisiert hat. Mit seinen Lösungen bietet es sowohl für den Bau als auch für die Industrie breite Einsatzmöglichkeiten. Produziert wird in 102 Ländern und 400 Fabriken. Dabei legt das Unternehmen grossen Wert auf eine umweltbewusste Ausrichtung und auf nachhaltige Prozesse.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Leitung des Real Estate Managements der firmeneigenen Liegenschaften an den Schweizer Standorten. Dazu gehören sowohl das Property Management, die strategische Planung, als auch das Facility Management.
  • Sie stellen einen effizienten Aus\- und Umbau der betrieblichen Immobilien sowie eine strukturierte Immobilienbewirtschaftung sicher.
  • In dieser abwechslungsreichen Funktion kümmern Sie sich unter anderem um Standortplanungen, Investitionsanträge sowie das Projektcontrolling und übernehmen Aufgaben wie das Leiten der Realisierungsphase.
  • Sie leiten ein Team von 20 Mitarbeitenden und stellen dabei auch Stellvertretungen und Nachfolgeregelungen sicher.

Suchen wir Sie?

  • Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bau oder Immobilien oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung und bringen langjährige Erfahrung – mindestens 15 Jahre – in der Bau\- respektive Immobilienbranche mit. Idealerweise kennen Sie sich auch mit der branchenüblichen Software aus (CAFM\-Systeme, ERP, Projektmanagement\-Tools).
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch\- und gute Englischkenntnisse. ösischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Sie sind ein Machertyp und überzeugen mit Ihrer Hands\-on\-Mentalität. Das Team schätzt es, dass Sie gern mitanpacken, offen kommunizieren und mit Ihren Führungskompetenzen überzeugen.
  • Sie denken strategisch, handeln unternehmerisch und treffen auch in komplexen Situationen die richtigen Entscheidungen.
  • Wenn Sie ausserdem eine Affinität für die Baubranche mitbringen und sich in der Bauwelt wohlfühlen, passen Sie perfekt zu meiner Mandantin.
