Für unseren Geschäftsbereich Precision-Parts suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die unser Europageschäft substanziell ausbaut. Unsere Normalien für den Werkzeug-, Formen- und Maschinenbau stehen für Präzision, die sich rechnet, weil jedes Tausendstel beim Kunden Leistung bringt. Und die Anforderungen an Präzision und Effizienz steigen weiter. Unser Markt wächst mit, und dieses Potenzial wollen wir mit dir nutzen. Du gewinnst neue Kunden, entwickelst bestehende Partnerschaften weiter und erschliesst zusätzliche Märkte und Kundenpotenziale.

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für den Vertrieb von Precision-Parts in Europa, inklusive Umsatz-, Margen- und Wachstumszielen
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebsteams in der Schweiz und Deutschland
  • Konsequenter Ausbau des Geschäfts durch Neukundengewinnung und die Entwicklung von Vertriebspartnern
  • Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der europäischen Vertriebsstrategie
  • Aktive Steuerung von Sales Pipeline, Marktaktivitäten und relevanten Vertriebs-KPIs
  • Enge Abstimmung mit unseren Vertriebsgesellschaften weltweit sowie mit Produktmanagement, Technik und Produktion
  • Präsenz bei strategischen Kunden, Partnern und an wichtigen Fachmessen

 

Das bringst du mit:

  • Technische Grundausbildung, z. B. als Polymechaniker/in oder Konstrukteur/in, oder ein technisches Studium sowie ein solides Verständnis industrieller Herstellungsprozesse. Unser Precision-Parts-Sortiment lernst du bei uns kennen.
  • Mehrjährige erfolgreiche Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb in einem industriellen Umfeld
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Neukundengewinnung und Marktentwicklung
  • Führungserfahrung im Vertrieb
  • Die Fähigkeit, Kunden fachlich wie auch kommerziell zu überzeugen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas von ca. 30-60 %
  • Weitere europäische Sprachen sind ein klarer Vorteil
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Werkzeug- und Formenbau oder im Geschäft mit Maschinenkomponenten
