Notre clientèle nationale et internationale est active dans le domaine de la technique et l'automatisation de bâtiment. Pour renforcer l'équipe Software, nous recherchons un(e) Head of Software Engineering (m/f) 100% Vos tâches principales Diriger, encadrer et faire évoluer l'équipe software afin de fournir des plateformes, produits et outils de haute qualité Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie software, l'orientation technique et la roadmap technologique Promouvoir les meilleures pratiques, les normes d'architecture software, la cybersécurité et les processus qualité Faire le lien entre les besoins métier et le développement software afin de fournir des solutions évolutives et centrées sur le client Diriger des projets de développement agile et assumer le rôle de Scrum Master pour garantir une exécution efficace et une amélioration continue Superviser les pratiques DevOps, l'automatisation CI/CD, la qualité software, la sécurité et l'excellence opérationnelle Mettre en place l'amélioration continue des processus y compris l'adoption de l'IA Collaborer étroitement avec le Product Management, l'IT, les ventes et les clients tout au long du cycle de vie du produit Gérer les relations avec les partenaires technologiques stratégiques et apporter l'expertise technique nécessaire au support de 3e niveau et à la formation sur les produits Développer les talents, favoriser une culture de haute performance et contribuer en tant que responsable de l'équipe du software groupe Votre profil Titulaire d'un Bachelor ou Master en informatique ou domaine équivalent, complété d'une solide expérience pratique 10 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de management d'équipes software, idéalement dans un environnement multiculturel ou international Solide expertise en architecture logicielle, cybersécurité et pratiques DevOps Expérience confirmée en méthodologies agiles, avec une pratique avérée du rôle de Scrum Master Intérêt marqué pour l'innovation technologique, notamment l'IA appliquée au développement logiciel Excellent relationnel et capacité à collaborer avec des interlocuteurs variés sur l'ensemble du cycle de vie produit Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, l'allemand étant un atout Nous vous offrons Un modèle de travail hybride avec une grande flexibilité Une culture d'entreprise basée sur la confiance, l'intégrité, la compétence et la responsabilité personnelle Un soutien dans le développement professionnel Un environnement de travail multiculturel et international ainsi qu'une équipe collégiale Le développement de produits innovants qui permettent d'utiliser efficacement les ressources énergétiques Si vous souhaitez des renseignements complémentaires, vous pouvez contacter M.
